In fact I have to toss the pizza on a cutting board when I square cut it as the rocker does not flex enough to cut it on the pan. **Q: Is the rocker blade nsf?** A: There is no NSF stamp on it but I’d assume it would be. It’s made from food grade 18/0 stainless steel.
