My husband was recommended to take DMSO for his very painful joints--which completely works, but has the horrible side effect of bad breath (he used the cream, and we also took the liquid form internally) . After a little research, I learned about MSM which is related to DMSO, and we began taking it. We take anywhere from 4000 to 6000 mg per day (morning, noon, night). I don't have any health issues, I just like to take supplements to keep me strong and healthy. It taste like a crushed pill, so I'd recommended your favorite flavor to mix it with. I tried it plain (no mixing) and could not get the taste out my throat, then I started mixing it with water ( I don't mind the taste). I use this in conjunction with Biotin, Glutathione, Collagen (vegan not peptides), + Vitamin C among others. WOW this stuff is the greatest! I started my journey back in 2014 after the birth of my 3rd and last child. After mastering my intake I use a certain amount every single day. My life and health (inside/outside), is the best it has ever been! Too much on an empty stomach and it might make you drowsy. It literally put me to sleep (like a drug). Intake charts are available all over, you wouldn't want to take more than necessary unless you up the dosage in a recommended/healthy way. This one is very potent, it literally works well with or without the others, so I wouldn't dream of taking it out of my regular health regime. The sad part is the results are only temporary so if you discontinue use, you'll stop reaping the benefits. I stopped back in 2016 for about a year and a half because I just had too much going on in life to focus on it and my health literally deteriorated.
