Product came quickly and in good shape. In the past I have had issues with soiled or rancid moss coming in the mail, but this pack was nice and dry. I'm not sure if that's a preference for some, but for me it's a must. We use this stuff sparingly for our leppard geckos' moist hide, so having it relatively dry for storage purposes is helpful. It's easy to dampen it with some warm water and squeeze out the excess for a nice damp hide. It's best to keave it just barely wet, otherwise it gets too damp. We pop ours in the microwave for a few seconds to get a nice steam before putting it in with the little ones. They love the warmth and humidity. (Yes, we let it cool a but and test the heat before putting it in their cage). Good product, good seller.
