I would recommend Pentel Gel Roller for Fabric pens. They are 1.0mm with a ball tip pen. Says it won't smudge or bleed into fabric, lasts after washing or dry cleaning and is a water based pigment ink. I bought some on Amazon to draw on fabric, but I haven't used them yet. A friend who has used them recommended them to me. **Q: Will these work on glossy pages in a photo album? Will they smear?** A: Hello, I tried to use it for glossy as well as for a matt inkject papers w/o any problem but this pencil ink is not a permanent (alcohol based) one, it means the critical is absorption of the paper itself. Inkject is capable to absorb the ink w/o any problem. For example PVC is a different issue, I do not think it would work for a PVC case.
