Is this unit defective, or am I doing something wrong?** A: If your talking about the spaghetti cutter I have same issue but I believe pulling each strand into two pieces is the angel hair pasta. Mine does cut and leaves a line down the middle. This is why I say tearing apart is angel hair pasta. **Q: Why does this machine come with no instructions?
