This is a great product. I’ve had it for about three weeks now. I used it to go to the gym and I also use it on a hike. I love that it’s adjustable and can fit both of my iPhones.

It was a nice product, a must if you want to have your mobile with you during work out. As described it doesn’t bounce. It has also pocket like for bottle water, however i am not sure if this will not bounce with water since it will be heavy.
