My welder came with the rotating head 9/17 torch (not the flex head). Everything fit very nice except for the 2 insulator cups. I just reused my insulators and it works fine. The 2 that come in the kit are too small for the large torch head and too big for the small torch. Not a big deal for the price of the kit and other 53 parts fit great! Worth the money. No instructions, but easy to figure out.
