It's VERY stable because it's not brittle and you're not going to heat it. These bottles are not being cut or scraped, and they're not being left out in the sun for days or washed in the dishwasher. Transferring mustard that's been in a plastic bottle into a glass jar is ridiculous; if there were any microplastics in the mustard, congrats, you just poured them into a glass jar. This mustard is delicious, made with simple ingredients, is reasonably priced, and is safe to eat. Just don't use the plastic bottle as a cutting board.
