Is it ok to mount it with the springboard being 3/4" higher off the floor than the recommended 5"?** A: Should be just fine. The bar located at the bottom will just be higher when you need to hold it for certain exercises. All the springs are adjustable however. So that should not affect anything negatively. Before you install the bar you could consider installing it to the baseboard instead? Just an idea. Also consider installing it at standing grab level like some Pilates studios have.
