Is it quite noticeable?** A: The lights I have used are silvery coloured and noticeable in a good way once turned on. They are part of the pattern produced and give a nice effect. **Q: Hi does the rainbow ones change colours? If so, how fast would you say they change? Do the lights flash or stay on?** A: I've got clear lights, you can change to settings to fast and slow speed and you dim the lights. I don't know how speed it goes, with mine does go pretty fast and very eye catching. **Q: Am I able to trim back the length on these?** A: Trimming the lights is something I've not tried but by the looks of the led lights I think this is possible. It Wouldn't hurt trying though. **Q: Do batteries come in them when ordered ?** A: NO batteries in mine ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A nice way to personalise a computer setup *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 12 July 2026* I bought these to decorate a computer area and was very happy with how they turned out.The pink lighting added a nice touch of colour and helped make the setup feel more personal and welcoming, especially if you're aiming for a more feminine or cosy gaming space. The battery-powered design also made placement simple as there was no need to worry about cables or finding spare plug sockets nearby.Overall, they worked exactly as expected and were an easy and affordable way to add a bit more personality to the room. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Value and Quality *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 January 2026* The price for these are very good value also there good quality string of lights. Love these lights they are just what i was looking for, for a small potted Christmas tree i bought what i like is they are easy to use also nice and bright which i wanted. They could be used all year round not just at Christmas which i will be doing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ fantastic. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 2 October 2024* They did come a little bit tangled, but after a bit of willpower, i got them sorted. the colour is perfect, the pink is slightly purple tinted, but still looks good. quite thin wire, but it did survive being pulled around in my room. easy to put up after they’d been de tangled. ## Frequently Bought Together - cshare Fairy Lights for Bedroom, 5m 50 LEDs Battery Operated String Lights IP65 Waterproof Micro Silver Wire LED Firefly Light for Bedroom DIY Christmas Tree Gifts Halloween Decorations（Purple） - Fairy Lights Battery Operated for Bedroom Indoor 3M 30LED Battery Powered Timer LED Lights Micro String Lights Copper Wire Fairy Light for Christmas Decorations Wedding Party, Multi-Coloured - LED Multicolour Fairy Lights, Dalugo 3M String Lights Battery Operated for Christmas Tree, Girls/Boys Bedroom, Wedding, Birthday --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/249814004-cshare-fairy-lights-for-bedroom-5m-50-leds-battery-operated](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/249814004-cshare-fairy-lights-for-bedroom-5m-50-leds-battery-operated) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
