My 6.5L unit was delivered in a double walled box with good foam frame packing. The best packaging I have ever seen from an Amazon product. I opened the unit immediately and used it right then on a small carburetor. It took two 15 minute cycles to get it in good shape. This is my third ultrasonic cleaner and I just needed a little bit more room which is the reason for this one. The instructions are typical Chinese but are adequate. The only problem I had was understanding the tank temperature readout. This readout is from a four place display so it appears to just be one function. When first turned on it shows 4500. It takes a bit of reading and studying to realize that the first two digits in the display are for what you want the unit's water temperature to be. The next two display what that temperature actually is which is in Celsius by the way . Other than that the unit works well. Construction appears solid. Fit and finish is good. Only time will tell if the components will last. Oh yeah, one other small thing. I never did find , as they called it "the maxline". There is a break line in the tank 3/4 of an inch down from the top and I suppose you could use that. Since everything I was cleaning was below the top of the basket, I ended up filling to just above the handles on the basket so I could take it out without using pliers if the water was too hot.
