Size because to my knowledge, it's the only size Dec comes in. HOWEVER, I end up taking four or six at a time. One or two is not enough to elevate dropping blood sugars for me. There are also TUBES OF FAST ACTING GEL, That are available in 15 mg. And 24 mg. Size.. Those are not by Dex, however, and do not come in grape flavor. But when blood sugars are plummeting, I will turn to those instead of the tablets. Even fast acting tablets seem to need 15-20 min.to start elevating my blood sugars. I keep a bottle of real, sugared soft drink around if I need a fast glucose hit. That seems to kick things into gear faster than the Dex. But I do use the Dex if BG is not dropping too quickly. I've had to use them a few times and the taste is slightly different than I remembered. They used to be a little more tart however these glucose tablets still have a great watermelon flavor.
