## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the voltage of the transformer?**
A: It says 16V/10VA but my multimeter reports 32.8V.

**Q: I'm hard of hearing. Is the chime loud enough to hear anywhere in a 1.5 story home?**
A: No definitely not every where, a room or two, maybe 3 if they are small rooms beyond where it's placed at best. I'd recommend this chime with a wireless extender so it can be heard at a greater distance

**Q: Is this doorbell analogue or digital?**
A: This is a mechanical (analog) chime

**Q: will it work in australia (240volts)?**
A: The transformer is made to work with 120 volts.
