**Q: The elbow head insertion point seems warped and it wiggles how would I get a replacement?**
A: I would contact the seller and ask.

**Q: I bought this last year, the pen no longer charges. How do I contact the seller?**
A: I don’t know mine on the first charge caught fire and melted.

**Q: How well do people like it?**
A: I like the pen itself.  I don't care for the bent tip as it bothers my wrist more than using a regular tip.

**Q: How do you install the tip? Push it directly into the end, or unscrew the silver end? Having problems unscrewing the end & pushing tip into end.**
A: We pushed really really hard.... once u get a tip in I don't recommend changing it lol just keep other sized pens on hand

I like the pen but Im not happy with the tips. They don't look like they even belong to it. The flashlight work only with the clear one the flash light is of no use to the other tips and you have to force screw the tips because they don't have any ridges and they don't just pop in.
