The owner was wonderful to my granddaughter and gave her some of his freshly backed bread, an amazing olive oil with this salt mixed into the oil. She has been hooked ever since. **Q: What's the ratio of garlic to salt?**
A: I think it’s 50/50. One doesn’t need much for robust flavor. Just a pinch or two.

**Q: How come this can’t be shipped to California?**
A: I live in California and received it.

**Q: For the infused salts like ghost chili and habanero, is it ok to use in a salt cellar? Or will that ruin the freshness, flavor, and potency?**
A: Hello! Keeping the salt in a sealed container or closed cellar will keep the infusions most fresh, however, if you are actively using the Habanero or Ghost Chili Salt they are not going to lose a lot of flavor in a cellar. We'd recommend not having those infused salts sit out in a cellar for more than a few weeks unused.

**Q: Your add says a 5oz jar and you shipped me a 2.39oz jar.  Is this just a scam or was it a mistake?  This is the 2nd time you did this.  Let me know**
A: I tried to get it changed.  I am just a seller, I didnt make the posting.  But I have made attempts to change it.  Because I am not the original designer of the posting, I cannot.
