(I've previously tried the raspberry flavor and can't find them at the moment.) These are individually wrapped, taste pretty good and last a long time. If I tuck one in my cheek, I can stretch to 40 minutes although that's not typical. I think they work pretty well to actually help you salivate a little bit more, which is why I like them. (I have Sjogren's.) They are the consistency of a hard candy so they are not for sleeping. I would use these all the time except they can make me a little bloated so I never take more than 1 a day although the lemon flavor is easier on the digestive system than the raspberry. (No idea why!)
