I took the insoles out of a brand new pair of Nike Air and couldn't believe how flimsy they were . Put these insoles in and they offer a much better support . My ankle , knee and hip pain has reduced , so clearly they're working. I'm 6 ' 6" and 17 stone, so the right support is very important. Nice and firm but had a good cushion effect. The size 12 fitted perfectly, no trimming required . Review: Really helps with the pain. - These are brilliant! They really do work. Fits into my crocs perfectly. Very comfortable and helps take the pain away. Wasn’t able to wear in my walking boots or trainers though as pushed my foot up too high so I would probably need to get a bigger sized of footwear (as someone else suggested on here). They do like a few others have said make it a tight fit in your foot wear so needing to loosen the laces and find where it's comfy is a must but they for me have been awesome. I'm going home after being at work all day and my foot isn't screaming at me in pain, my knee and my hip especially on my left side now like me and aren't trying to escape my body and my back has also felt the benefit I am buying more of these to use in other foot wear, I know it's not gona be a cure but to be able to work with such little pain especially at work has just been game changing for me.
