This traditional Gujarati snack is popular not only for its spongy texture, but also for its low calorie count. Try making the Gits Instant Khaman Dhokla Snack Mix for that instant shift in your mood and energy levels without compromising on your diet. Gits Instant Khaman Dhokla Mix powder is a 100% vegetarian, preservative-free, and artificial color and flavour free healthy snacking option. Unlike other dhokla recipes, the instant dhokla mix by Gits doesn't require additional baking soda to make the dhoklas spongy. Making Khaman Dhokla with our ready mix is a super easy task. Just add water and oil to the dhokla mix to get the batter. Next step is to grease a tray, pour the prepared batter into it, and steam it for 15 minutes on high flame. Once ready, cut the dhokla pieces and add the preferred tempering. And that’s it! The soft dhoklas with a colorful mix of mustard seeds, sesame and green chillies and grated coconut is a welcome sight. Serve it with green chutney for an out of the world experience. Gits has been leading the instant mix market for over fifty years and touching the lives of Indians across the world with its wide range of products. ## Features - Authentic Instant Khaman Dhokla Mix; Pack of 4, 720g - Easy to Make Ready Mix in Just 3 Easy Steps, Makes 18 per Pack - Special Ingredients: Besan and Semolina - No Preservatives, Artificial Flavors or Colors Added; Safe and Hygienic Packaging - Storage Instructions: Store in a Clean, Cool, Dry Place, Free from Moisture; Shelf life: 12 Months from Date of Manufacture ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08M3H3XSJ | | ASIN | B08M3H3XSJ | | Best Sellers Rank | #11,757 in Grocery & Gourmet Foods ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Foods ) #7 in Dhokla | | Brand Name | Gits | | Container Type | Box | | Country of Origin | India | | Country of Origin | India | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (327) | | Diet Type | Vegetarian | | Flavor | Khaman Dhokla | | Generic Name | Khaman Dhokla, 180g | | Item Dimensions LxWxH | 16.4 x 12.3 x 8.3 Centimeters | | Item Form | powder | | Item Package Weight | 0.77 Kilograms | | Item Type Name | Khaman Dhokla, 180g | | Item Weight | 180 Grams | | Item Weight | 180 g | | Item part number | SOIMP-0450 | | Manufacturer | Gits, Gits Food Products Pvt.
