**Q: What is the source of vanilla flavour? Is it sucralose?**
A: Hi! Thank you for your interest in Origin!
The source of our Vanilla flavour is predominantly a 100% Natural Vanilla flavouring. We do not use any "Nature identical" or "artificial" flavourings across any of our products. All our products are 100% Natural.

With regards to sucralose, kindly note that we do not use any sucralose at all as a sweetener. We use the highest & purest grade of european stevia which is a natural sweetener.

**Q: What is process of pea protein and pumpkin seed protein. is it in the form of isolate?**
A: Yes

**Q: I do not see a point for a vegan protein to contain lactase. why does it have lactase ?**
A: You are absolutely right. Unfortunately we had limitations of blends we could source from the top tier companies and based on that we had chosen this blend. While there is no additional benefit to having Lactase (apart from non-vegans consuming our protein), there is also no harm caused by it. Hope this clarifies. Thank you!

**Q: Is it tested for heavy metals?**
A: Hi. Yes we certainly do heavy metals testing on a routine basis. Our last testing was done in March 2021.
