Two Urologists gave up and said would need to remove bladder and replace with exterior artificial one. I went back and got tested few weeks later and the infection was gone and I got to keep my own bladder! To avoid infections normally, avoid eating foods with added sugar, wipe from front to back and not in reverse, all parties involved in sex intercourse wash and rinse well before and after, do not let yourself get dehydrated (not just from heat or exercise but from drinking too much of products with caffeine such as tea, coffee, chocolate as well) so drink plenty of water and natural or low sugar cranberry juice.
