## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are they number 2 pencils?**
A: They are number 2, but there is a softness that is great for pencil art. I hope that helps. The image online is exactly correct and these are the same style as The Barell Black Before in College.

**Q: Many recent comments say that the pencil sharpener is NOT included, but the description says it is. Which is correct?**
A: Hi Erin,

Dear Erin,

I sincerely appreciate your inquiry. I'd like to clarify that each pack of pencils comes with a complimentary sharpener, and our Pack of 2 includes 2 free sharpeners. Our quality checks have not indicated any issues with missing sharpeners. If you happen to notice any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will make every effort to address them promptly.

It's worth noting that since the same product is available from various vendors, some of the reviews may not be directly associated with our store. If you have any additional questions or require further assistance, please feel free to let me know.

Best regards,
1skyclub
