A: Freeze it. It is a reusable ice pack.

**Q: Do you know the weight of one gel pack? For shipping purposes**
A: I really do not know.  They are not at all very heavy.  A couple ounces maybe.  Maybe only 1.  There are 96 in a box, perhaps the weight of the box is online.
