Review: Dry mouth in the morning is gone! - I have used these for several months now at night and I noticed an immediate difference. This is just me but they really help with my snoring. The mild mint is very mild and I sleep so much better and don't wake up with a dry scratchy throat. I was skeptical at first and thought I might swallow them whole but that's not the case. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Effective and lasts longer than other products I have tried

I have tried several different remedies for night time dry mouth: Biotene mouth wash, BIotene gel, TheraBreath dry mouth lozenges. All of those worked somewhat well, but only for a couple of hours--certainly not enough for all night. The Xylimelts do the trick. They adhere very well and once positioned are stuck for hours. I don't really like something sticking to my teeth--am still adjusting to the feel of that--but the effectiveness is worth the discomfort of having the disc pushing on my gums. The instructions say to place one disc on the upper back tooth, and one on the lower back tooth, opposite side. I find that one disc alone is sufficient for me. I move it around from night to night as it seems to bother the inside of my mouth where it's in contact with the disc. When I say "bother" I mean I notice a slight roughness, but it is not severe and alternating positions seems to take care of the problem.
