It comes with its own air pump and that is the only way you can blow it up. It was a little slow to fill but 3 months holding air is impressive. Very firm and has taken a lot of punishment. Great for setting picks or shooting through. ### ⭐ Piece of junk *by I***N on April 29, 2022* I had high hopes for this, but whoever designed the base that holds the water obviously didn’t test it at all. It is a rubber bottom with a very cheap plastic cap. No matter what I did it would leak everywhere and then fall over. If you touch the dummy at all, the water immediately flows out making it useless. It is incredibly bad design. I’m hoping I can return this, total waste of time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Value for all ages *by T***C on October 22, 2019* This lacrosse shot blocker is an amazing buy! We use to have pvc tarp one that straps up to the cage but it kept ripping and wasn't very fun to shoot with. This inflatable dummy is way more durable than those and my son in HS and 10 year old daughter are loving it! I was also surprised how easy it was to set up with the pump they provide. It's a little more expensive than the strap up targets I had but it's worth the price as those just rip too fast and this will last a while.
