A: This attaches to the BMW navigation mount. If you have one it connects straight in. If not there is a wire to run to battery power.

A: If you are using BMW Navigator V or VI, it will fit. It uses the same navigator cradle.

The device was easy to connect. It took me 2 minutes and it was up and running. It has 2 USB ports and comes with a cable with 3 prongs for different devices. My IPhone 8 Plus fit perfect and it charges as I ride the motorcycle. I almost ordered the original device for almost $1k but this little adaptor is all that is needed. Excellent!

My phone is a Samsung A55,( 3.1/4" Width) The phone holder doesn't grip as its needed, It could fall while Im riding. Must be great for smaller devices.
