Review: Reliable construction for a great workout - Huge fan of this system! If you're looking for some low-tech home gym options, you'll want to keep this one in your back pocket. I was hesitant to start using this, since I purchased this to replace a "luxury" brand bodyweight suspension system whose hardware failed me mid-workout (twice!) and I had a pretty substantial mental block that stopped me from trusting this system for the first several uses. I am happy to report that this system has put my fears to rest due to its solid construction! The stitching is incredibly sturdy and the carabineers are obviously high quality. I use it a few times a week and haven't had any issues with bending/cracking/fraying of any components. You can get a great workout from these bands. I mostly use it for upper body, but it is a very versatile system for lower body and full body workouts. Swapping the handles for the foot slings is easy-peasy. I only use this inside with the over-the-door anchor, and I've had no issues with warping/damage while still maintaining a very safe anchor point. Overall I am so pleased with the purchase, especially for this price point.

The adjusters hold tight with no slipping, giving me confidence that I won't fall on my face. I prefer the separate groups and stirrups to the all-in-one types. Both attachments are comfortable and feel good while working out. One review mentioned D-rings failing, but I can only see that if you get it pulled sideways, which is very unlikely, or if you put well over 200lbs on a single D-ring. The links provided aren't the best, but there are plenty of free resources for exercises available out there. So far, the straps are way longer than what I need with my 9' ceilings, or 7' power rack. Also, I love that I can easily take it traveling with me with little added weight.

**Q: Would this be good for around a tree for when I’m camping ?**
A: Yes, people often use it outdoors and it will wrap around most branches and smaller tree trunks. It’s like a home gym in a bag.

What are the shortest length the slings can be? And how long will the be when you add the handles? (Going to attache them at rather low point).**
A: The shortest you can make the straps including handles is 90cm/36inches.

**Q: What specific hex key is used to tighten the carabiners?**
A: Unfortunately I’m not currently in the state where the equipment is but I have just about every hex key known to man so it was not a problem for me.  They do supply one with the equipment.  For another $8 you could get a set of hex keys that will work.  Not sure whether metric or sae.  Great product.  Better than Trx in my opinion.

**Q: Can it be mounted on a x ceiling moint?**
A: Hi, yes it works great with almost any type of anchor point including an x-mount.

What a terrific set of pieces, very high quality, and at an excellent price! I have other, big weight-training equipment pieces, but you could create an EXCELLENT whole-body "gym" in your home or apartment, for stretching, toning, and strength-training virtually any muscle or muscle group in your body just with this one purchase! And it was barely half the price of the comparable "name-brand" items that you'll see in the gym or sporting goods stores. (I'd definitely recommend also buying the set of laminated exercise posters. Very inexpensive, and illustrates hundreds of exercises for upper and lower body, core, and whole body workouts.)
