**Q: Does the valve bend at a 90 degree facing inside the tyre?**
A: Yes it does fit my pure electric scooter fine

**Q: Does it fit Pure Electric Scooters?**
A: Yes it does fit a pure scooter. but they are very fiddly to change and you need to take extra care not to split them getting them in. 
My advise is to check them both (inflate them 1st before you fit them) as one of mine I’m sure had a puncture.
