## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is your Cleaning Solution made from?**
A: Our all-purpose Cleaning Solution is made from natural soaps derived from Coconut and Jojoba Oils. These natural oils provide an effective clean & act as a leather conditioner.

**Q: Can you clean a mesh or canvas shoe with the Cleaning Solution and a brush?**
A: While certain mesh or canvas shoes may only require a touchup with solution and brushes, the Patented Laundry System will help you to achieve the best results.

**Q: What is the best product to clean my Jordans?**
A: The Essential Kit is the best starter kit and works the best for leather sneakers.

**Q: Will your products alter the color or texture of my suede shoes?**
A: It’s important to test in an inconspicuous spot first. In many cases, cleaning your suede may result in fading or some color bleeding. Rest assured, we offer many products to restore your suede to its OG state once it's been cleaned.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great kit with plenty of solution
*by M***N on 24 September 2026*

I’ve used this on my Dior trainers and Air Max 95s and I’m really impressed. I like that you get different brushes, so you can use the one that’s best suited to what you’re cleaning. You also get a really good amount of cleaning solution. I’ve cleaned 7 pairs of trainers and still have plenty left, so it should last a good while. My only issue is that the cap on the bottle was faulty and wouldn’t tighten properly. I’ve had to put it on as best as possible and make sure I keep the bottle upright to avoid any leaks. Other than the faulty cap, I’m really happy with the kit and would recommend it
