Our choice is to connect ourselves with the earth again through grounding. If not grounded, our body will always be exposed to electronic hazards and static charging in the bedroom, office, and any other place, such as computers and tablets that need to be faced in the office; Even more deadly is the mobile phone that is used every moment and every place. When going to bed at night, the phone charges by the bed side and the buried wires in the wall cause even more serious electronic interference and static charging! √ Repair the antioxidant system in the body, effectively reducing free radicals √ Improve sleep quality and make people energetic √ Soothing the nervous system, reducing the secretion of stress hormones. √ Promote human metabolism and normalize the physiological cycle √ Dilute blood, improve blood pressure, promote blood flow, and effectively avoid chronic diseases. A more portable design and smaller size make it easier to store and carry A more comprehensive design, though limited to use in bed; it provides a better experience. One of the most affordable options for enjoying a restful night's sleep without breaking the bank Helps you enjoy better sleep—free from radiation and cell phone signals Conductive adhesive tape for seams & gaps. Nothing harsh, definitely no machine washing! **Q: Can I fold the 35.4"x26.6" mat and still be able to have it work with damaging it?** A: Probably not a good idea as you might break the silver wires within. I just let it lay out fully and use it as a mouse pad or under the top 1/3 of space under the pillow. **Q: Is it OK to leave it plugged in even when I am not using it?** A: Mine is plugged in 24/7 , no problems. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/235710569-grounding-mat-high-conductivity-pu-leatherette-15ft-grounding-cord-healthy](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/235710569-grounding-mat-high-conductivity-pu-leatherette-15ft-grounding-cord-healthy) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
