Review: Good product, well designed - I have had them one day and used them once. Little soon to ask for evaluation. They fit well over my arthritic wrists. Were quite cold in fact strangely right wrist handled cold better than left. Suspect thats a “body” issue not an ice pack. I was impressed they included a storage bag to keep it from picking up the typical freezer odors. Have not used for heat. Stayed cold a good while. But doctors suggest 15 on 15 off. This works great for me because, I can move around. I'm not be stuck sitting with an ice pack. It is a bit intense on being cold but, you can loosen it up a little and that helps. It lasts about 15-20 minutes, then you need to freeze it again. It might be a little small for large hands. My hands are about 4" across the widest part and it fits well.
