I got it for cooking one egg and love it. This is the best little egg pan and I've ever had (and I've been cooking since the last century.....). Been using it since 2017 so I can validate that it's held up well. I also realized I never left a review so taking care of that right now. I recommend this product 100% and am so happy they're still available. Checking back in in 2025. This little fry pan is now 8 years old. Others have commented that theirs are no longer non-stick after some time but this one is still amazing. No butter needed and the egg just slides out of the pan. I finally needed to replace our larger, deeper fry pan so I ordered the 11 inch. I'll review that one once I have used it for a bit. Fingers crossed it's as good as it's little cousin. Lastly, as others have noted, yes, this pan is very easy to clean.
