I really like these electrolyte packets! They dissolve easily in water and have a very clean, mild taste—not too sweet or artificial. I’ve been using them for hydration during busy days and after long shifts, and they make me feel refreshed without upsetting my stomach. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tastes disgusting, works the best.

We laugh that this tastes like brackish water but my daughter needs rehydration salts for a medical condition. Her doctor first recommended this and we add Young Life essential oil drink drops to it. She can actually feel the difference between brands and this seems to work the most efficiently and last the longest in her system. We like that longterm she's not ingesting any flavours or colours and is calibrated and tested unlike other products with similar claims. It's easy to carry and if she doesn't have a flavour enhancer, she just chugs it down. We haven't tried their flavoured products.
