**Q: should I remove original insoles? Mine have shock absorption, so I'm afraid that these thin insoles won't be enough on their own.**
A: I put them in on top of the original insoles and they don't make it feel snug

**Q: Can these inserts be washed by hand or in the washing machine?**
A: Yeah, can do both. If you machine-wash, please use the delicate mode.

**Q: What type of adhesive do these use?  Will they leave a sticky residue in the shoe once they're removed?**
A: No adhesive! More like a grippy piece on the bottom to keep them in place all day; super easy to remove and pop another pair in its place! Wash, air dry, & repeat! There’s even a cutting & sizing pattern on the bottom. With breathing holes for airflow on the bottom as well!!

**Q: Which side is the top and which side is the bottom. Need the odour feature to work properly**
A: The gray side is the top. The silky cloth goes against your skin.  The black rubbery layer goes down. It will keep the insole from sliding around.
