**Q: How do I make it reverse? Gets stuck a lot and continuously picking it up because I can’t figure out how to make it back up.**
A: Hi Andrew Reibold. If your spider gets struck, please press the left and right buttons together at the same time to make it spin/reverse when it’s stuck with obstacles. Thank you.

**Q: One wheel stopped working so it spins in circles. Any suggestions? Brand new as of today.**

**Q: How fast is it?**
A: Not very fast. Runs on wheels that have trouble with uneven surfaces. Works on line-of-sight only within about 15 feet.

**Q: Why did the left side of the spider stop working? We received it as a gift in the afternoon but stopped that same day. Very disappointed. My grandson**
