I'm a male 6' 2" and typically weigh about 185 (on a good day :-). I have a 42" chest and about a 34" waist. After reading all of the other reviews about sizing up when buying, I went with the XL, normally I would have taken the large. The XL was way too big. It was very wide in the shoulders (sticking straight out like a Sgt Peppers costume) and much too big in the waist (which might fit the typical American but not one who cycles frequently). It was not the form-fitting jacket a biker might prefer. I don't think their sizing chart was helpful either. My width from the seam of one sleeve at the shoulder to the seam of the other sleeve at the shoulder is about 17 inches (B on the sizing chart) putting me below a small. I'm worried exchanging the XL for an L might still be too large. I'm thinking a medium might be better. The material is nice (seems durable) but I'm worried on a hot day it won't breath well. But I love the reflective tape - it will do well when riding (or walking) at dawn or dusk.
