## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do some of the other colors (lets say grey) come in a matte finish?**
A: You can request matte but it’s gloss standard

**Q: Can you print vertically?**
A: I don't know. I never made an order for words to go up and down which is vertical, only left to right which is horizontal. I would reach out to the seller and ask them that question.

**Q: Is the backround clear?**
A: Mine was clear.

**Q: how can I contact to you for order something special?**
A: You just type what you want and you will get it
