The oblong and smaller containers don't. **Q: Do any come with with a little grid to rest food on whilst microwaving it? Eg for fish to rest on above the base?** A: No. The lid has a pop up vent button, which allows the steam to escape when using the tub in the microwave. ## Frequently Bought Together - Sistema Microwave Food Storage Containers with Steam Release Vent, Dishwasher Safe Red - Sistema 1109ZS Microwave Collection Noodle Bowl, 1 Count (Pack of 1), Red - Sistema Microwave Soup Mugs | 656 ml | Microwave Food Containers with Steam Release Vents | BPA-Free | Red | 3 Count --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/230330651-sistema-heat-and-eat-microwave-set-1-25-l525-ml](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/230330651-sistema-heat-and-eat-microwave-set-1-25-l525-ml) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
