I was really skeptical about how well this product has worked for some. I went into this not really expecting much difference, if any at all. As a runner, sometimes the joints in my knees and ankles will "click" or sometimes, depending on the terrain I am running on, my ankle joint will hurt; which stems from a surgery I had when I was 12. In any event, I ran 5 miles last night and the pain was a lot less than normal. The soreness in the joint was not as prevelant as it was all these years. Even this morning, I have to stretch my legs for a minute or two before I get out of bed, but today I did it for only about half the time to achieve the same results. I think this is making a difference, although I have not noticed any changes to my skin yet (maybe this takes longer?). All in all, if you are skeptical I say try it. It's not really expensive considering it will last you a month and if it does help it is going to help a part of your body which can take all the help it can get.
