I bought this 4L handlebar storage bag for my self-balancing scooter. It attaches very easily. It has a sturdy shell. I wouldn't call it a hard shell. If you press with enough pressure, it will cause an indent. It does regain its form when you pop it out. It's hard enough to maintain its shape, even when loaded. It looks great and opens and closes easily. I like that one half of the bag has a mesh zippered enclosure. The other side is open with a pocket. I do recommend this scooter storage bag!

Very nice little storage bag. It was tricky at first to put it on but now it’s super easy. Can easily fit small compact items like your daily necessities which is fine for me. Has a cool zipper compartment which I like and the bag itself feels pretty sturdy.

This is strapped to my daily commuter Brompton, and it works great. It is streamlined enough that it doesn't get in the way of the fold. I commute in Florida, where it rains every afternoon in the summer, and I can attest that this is truly waterproof.
