Exactly as shown in the picture. I did not need the 99031 kit since the only difference is the spray cleaner itself. I had plenty at home. I initially purchased Invisible Glass to remove the greasy film that continually appeared on the inside of our car windshields. No matter what we tried, we could never completely eliminate it, which was especially annoying and distracting when driving into the sun. I am excited to report that Invisible Glass, when used with the included microfiber pads, left the windshield perfectly clear! I repeated the cleaning process twice for good measure, and I cannot adequately express how clean the glass became. I also cleaned the exterior of the windshield which I'm sure enhanced the results.
