Also, the flavor is pretty good on this one, as well. I’m trying to lose weight, so I’m going with a liquid diet, when I can, to support that goal, and this drink mix has really filling serving sizes, so I’m pleased with that. I have eliminated soy from my diet (too much GMO), and pea protein seems to be one of the cleanest sources of replacement. I have only tried mixing it with water, and it settles pretty quickly to the bottom of the water, so I tend to minimize the water and slug it down. My roommate puts it into a smoothie with kale and other greens and had told me it does stick to the greens rather than sift to a thicker layer at the bottom.Be careful when opening the container and grabbing the measuring spoon provided. It is a very fine powder and will float or even puff out of the container with a strong movement or breath!The plain flavor is good - truly plain.
