Well, to our surprise when we took the pants off, the cotton round had fallen out and the poop just slid down into the fold of the material allowing it to stay away from the body vs sitting on its back side until next change. I find without the cotton round I will not need to change as often, it's lighter and allows for better air flow. Best part was it washed out of the crease with the greatest of ease.
