It is a great mix of vitamins, nutrients, whole grain, protein, and iron, especially when considering the fact that this is not intended to be a protein bar or meal replacement. This item comes with 96 bars, and the price hovers around $22. Since there are two bars in a pack, each pack costs roughly 46 cents, which is less than half the price this item would be in the checkout aisle of a supermarket or grocery store. The container is somewhat large, but it is not very heavy, and can be stored on a bookshelf, cabinet, table, or the floor. I would recommend eating these with water. The Oats 'N Honey variety is my preferred granola bar, along with their Pecan Crunch variety. I buy the big box because I eat at least one pack a day and sometimes two if I am up late working at the computer. The 96 bar box is actually 48 packs so the box doesn't take long to go through and the shelf life is about one year from date of manufacture. The only negative I have found is some of the bars in the box are really broken up on the ends like the box was dropped at some point, but that may only apply to the box I received. The bulk buy saves money over the cost of four of the typical twelve-pack boxes, and extra trips to the grocery store, especially if you have grandchildren like mine, whom I have repeatedly accused of wanting to come over specifically to filch Pa-paw's granola bars...without effect I might add...
