They do like a few others have said make it a tight fit in your foot wear so needing to loosen the laces and find where it's comfy is a must but they for me have been awesome. I'm going home after being at work all day and my foot isn't screaming at me in pain, my knee and my hip especially on my left side now like me and aren't trying to escape my body and my back has also felt the benefit I am buying more of these to use in other foot wear, I know it's not gona be a cure but to be able to work with such little pain especially at work has just been game changing for me.
