The results are great, and the amount of effort trivial compared to trying to press burgers without paper. For the most part, the paper works like a charm. It will absorb moisture if you re-use the papers or if your patty mix is especially wet. You can counteract this by chilling the meat mixture thoroughly before pressing. Although the paper usually comes off frozen burgers fairly easily, I sometimes have to cook them for a second or two (or let them stand at room temp a few minutes) to get it off without ripping. Overall, I've been very happy with the quality of burgers I get using these papers.
