A: Thanks for your inquiry! Yes, these will work on a vertical wall without the ink settling. We advise to keep the pens rested with the tips downward to saturate the end if you encounter any issues.

**Q: Will these erase off of a wall that has been painted with chalkboard paint?**
A: Hi there. Yes, it will erase nicely but aren't recommended since they don't provide enough contrast against the chalkboard's dark surface. Thanks!

**Q: Can these be used on something that's been painted with acrylic paint? I'm repurposing cat litter buckets.**
A: I recently painted a wooden box with spray paint and the chalk markers worked great on that surface. Ive also wrote on surfaces painted with chalkboard paint. These pens have been pretty versatile and compatible with various surfaces, paint types, etc.

Hands down the best chalk markers I’ve had. The marker tips are perfect without any of those fuzzies that cause smears when writing. The chalk ink flows consistently smooth so all writing looks clear and crisp on labels and these don’t randomly ooze out big drops of ink that mess up writing. The chalk paint can be easily wiped off of labels or a surface with a wet or damp cloth. The white color is bright and stands out well against dark or chalkboard black labels. I’ve had these markers for quite some time now and they still work just as well as when I first bought them!
