I make smoothies for me and my boyfriend and we love them! We either use kale or spinach and add a little lite yogurt, sometimes some milk if it's too thick and usually some frozen bananas and/or strawberries sometimes apples or mangoes or oranges just anything we think sounds good mixed in and they turn into some delicious super smoothies. I usually have to take the bottle off the blender and shake the bottle a few times to get the fruits toward the bottom, which is not a big deal at all, because of the narrowness of the bottle it's hard for it to pull it down to the blades. The quality of the cup is amazing we've both dropped our cups several times and haven't cracked or busted the bottle yet. He did drop his one day and it finally chipped a piece on the corner of the lid off (he's really hard on things) but it's still fully functional no leaks or any problems. I love using these with the blender because it's so quick and easy and you don't have to dirty up an extra blender glass (which I really love since I hand wash all our dishes). We've now got two bottles each so I can make one for the next day while we're still finishing up this days.
