Each time I was told and sent an email confirmation the (Returned product!!!!) of $41.00 total will be returned to my original payment method/Card. I no longer HAVE the product! And need my money restored. It was found by one Amazon representative, I've had thre very rude others, and after a very nice representative which immediately sent the Email confirmation of $41.00, again for a product I do NOT have!
