- An emulsion-based formulat with less solvents, making it low odor and eco-friendly
- When used in conjunction with our UNIVERSAL Tung Oil Sealer, it penetrates deep into wood to lock out water and provide a rich, distinctive finish that is easy to apply, maintain and spot repair
- Use on interior wood surfaces including floors, windows, doors, cabinetry, woodwork, tables, furniture, countertops, picture frames and various woodworking projects
- Because it remains elastic, it is a good choice for soft woods (like pine and reclaimed lumber). It also provides exceptional adhesion to oily, dense, exotic woods (like teak, rosewood and ipe)
- Minimum dry time of 24 hours between coats. Poor ventilation, high humidity or cool temperatures may increase dry times

**Q: Do you apply direclty to wood or need tung oil first?**
A: Waterloc sells a universal ting oil sealer u can apply first.

**Q: Is this good for wood floors?**
A: according to the instructions it can be used on wood floors .I use it on cabinets. It goes on easier on horizonal surfaces then vertical. the result is the same just a slower process.

**Q: can this be applied to previously stain wood?**
A: I don’t think it will dry properly. We tried it and couldn’t get it to dry ever…had to scrape it off the wood surface

**Q: Is this compatible with teak wood?**
A: Teak oil would be better for teak, it is an oily wood, To be honest not sure if waterlox would work. Teak is a good outdoor wood when it’s kept oiled. Waterlox sealer may not hold up out doors. Waterlox along with the waterlox finish works great on walnut or mohagoy for in door projects.
