I'm stunned. I dreaded having to read it--was prepared to be bored to tears BUT I am delighted to say that the clarity of thought, and thorough explanations of why we need each rule are given in simple, clear language. We don't need to be college graduates to lead our Civic Associations and Groups--It's all here in average-citizen language. Thank you Mr. Robert. You've made it possible for any group to do good work--and remain friends! I'm gradually purchasing a copy for each Officer and Board member, having just been given presidency of an potentially dynamic force in our neighborhood.
